Integrating Sacred Acoustics Into Your Practices

Integrating Sacred Acoustics Into Your Practices

Integrating Sacred Acoustics
Into Your Professional (or personal) Practices

We often hear from practitioners who have incorporated our recordings into their therapy routines.

  • Massage
  • Hypnotherapy
  • Acupuncture
  • Healing Touch
  • Reiki
  • EMDR

In-office Therapy:
Sacred Acoustics recordings can be played before, during or after therapy sessions to enhance the listener's experience. (To avoid the practitioner entering an altered state of awareness, practitioners will have their patient wear headphones, or have speakers placed closely on either side of the listener for best results.)

Massage:
Renee, a Licensed Massage Therapist with RadiantEnergyMassage.com, has used Cosmic Womb alongside her work "exclusively to see if clients would notice..." and has seen some astounding results! Unaware of what exactly was different, clients she has seen for years reported feeling "so relaxed, I could take a nap!", while others even "saw colors" during this "journey to a new level," Renee contines, "overall, you can see it on their faces after session, they are "gone" (in a good way), and enjoy session in a way they never have before."
With her new clients, she will tell them before hand, "this type of session will take them to a deep healing space that they may have not [felt] before." Renee notices that "their faces are priceless, some just stare. They're speechless. I never thought a change in music would have such dramatic effect, but it has!"

Prescribe an at-home listening routine to clients and patients for:

Anxiety
A 2020 pilot study published in the Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease by Dr. Anna Yusim was held in a Manhattan psychiatric practice and showed a 26% reduction in anxiety when listening to Sacred Acoustics recordings in combination with therapeutic treatment. By comparison, those who did not add listening sessions of Whole Mind Bundle to their treatment plans reduced anxiety by just 7%.

Addiction
Addiction physician Dr. Mark Leeds prescribes Sacred Acoustics recordings to his patients who are withdrawing from alcohol, opioids and benzodiazepines. They report Whole Delta to be their favorite selection to find peace and calmness.

Hypnotherapy
Use in the office to assist clients reaching deeper states of awareness. Ask us about using Whole Theta recordings to prescribe custom recordings to your patients and cients.

Behavioral Therapy

I struggle with emotional dysregulation issues and have been in a 6 month therapy program known as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. It has worked wonders for me; however, I still felt there was a piece missing. I felt very empty and felt a tremendous amount of emotional pain. I found myself bouncing back and forth like a ping pong ball between hopelessness and helplessness. For 2 weeks I listened to the sample minimum 3 times a day until my CD’s [Foundation Series] arrived. Sacred Acoustics helped bring full circle my ability to function at what I consider a normal level. I notice that since I have been practicing I find myself able to have a few seconds between stimulus and response and for me that is a game changer....My life was riddled with constant thoughts of suicide and that is no way to live.

A release of energy

I LOVE the meditations. I feel I have grown spiritually from doing them daily. Often when I meditate I go into another plane, and when I open my eyes at the end, tears pour down my cheeks, even though I have not been aware of their buildup while meditating. The meditations remind me of my yoga practice - pushing into the feelings and the energy which are still in my body - in a kind of stretch - in LET. GO. And it feels as if there is a release of energy - pent up feeling in my body is released, just as in a yoga stretch when you go to the point of tension and then release.

Pain Management

I do not remember what it feels like not to be in pain. This is my reality living with idiopathic peripheral neuropathy. My pain is the beast that lives with me 24/7, never relenting, never going away…..except…. when I practice meditate/deep prayer using the meditation guides from Sacred Acoustics. I most often use the guides from the Foundation Series. I encourage anyone dealing with the issues that confront all of us to take advantage of these helpful meditation guides. I must always come back and live with what is, but knowing, just knowing….it’s ok.
