Be In Your Element.

Be In Your Element.

  • Earth
Loyalty and connection are some of the greater qualities of the Earth element. While tending to be more grounded than others, stubbornness can affect the ability to connect. Working on releasing limiting beliefs and open to new opportunities. Experience a resonance with the earth's frequencies for greater expression of your nature.

  • Air
Not surprisingly, Air elements are everywhere all at once within their minds. Easily feeling bored with mundane tasks, challenge yourself with new ways to meditate. Whether it’s trying new tones, switching up your position, chant or mantra, or taking your session outside, shifting the routine with a wide selection of choices will keep Air Signs motivated to keep growing forward in their journey.

  • Water
Water elements are sensitive beings easily inundated or overwhelmed, but their natural empathy is a benefit for creativity and connection. A long meditation session close to the water will allow those who identify with this element to quickly connect with their meditative state.

The FIFTH Element

Beyond the physical substances of fire, earth, air and water, identified in the Western system of four elements, is a fifth element sometimes referred to as ether or quintessence. This fifth element is theorized to be the material that fills the region of the universe between physical matter.

Human experience teaches us that love is the most important aspect of life, a binding force that seems to connect us through space and time, beyond bodily death.

Bringing that love of the universe into the here and now is a worthy goal for anyone. As we bring more love into this world, it naturally radiates to the world around us, helping ourselves as we help others - the ultimate golden rule.
