Finding Inner Peace

Finding Inner Peace

Over the past six years, while teaching workshops with Eben Alexander, we’ve met people from around the world who wish to expand their understanding of who they truly are. Part of this involves opening the mind to a more expanded worldview – one that realizes the vital role of consciousness and our particular role within it.

The most effective way to understand how it all works is by taking the time to explore the mental realm, where fundamental consciousness resides. This is achieved through some method or meditative practice, including while listening to Sacred Acoustics recordings with that intention. At first, a clear state of mind seems far from simple to achieve as we encounter distracting thoughts, limiting beliefs, and reactive emotions. But with practice, it's possible to more effectively manage those aspects of our inner world, allowing for navigating life's challenges with ease and grace.

Many of our workshop participants feel alone in this effort as they search for ways to facilitate that connection. To address this, we've created the Inner Sanctum Center, where a growing community of journeyers can interact and engage. Often just knowing others are experiencing the same roadblocks makes all the difference. A change in perspective can bring amazing breakthroughs.

For members of Inner Sanctum Center, we've created 3-hours of video as part of a 9-step program that is included with membership. A full workshop from 2016, Traversing the Depths of Consciousness, is also included. There are ways to interact with each lesson and we hope to engage with participants along the way. Sacred Acoustics fans will appreciate the 3 recordings available within the program but you may choose any meditative techniques at your discretion. We'll hold monthly Q&A Sessions to stay in touch with members and archives will be available for those who cannot attend the live sessions.

We've made it easy to try it out. Sign up for our free Q&A Preview which grants access to a full 93-minute Q&A session broken into smaller sections by topics such as consciousness and science, death and the afterlife, generating personal  experience and much more. We'll add a few new questions from the full member sessions each month, all at no cost. You are welcome to share your thoughts on any of the topics in the comment area for each video.

The only thing any of us truly knows to exist is our consciousness – that is, our awareness of existence. Taking time to explore within that awareness brings fuller understanding of our shared reality. A focus on the inner world offers opportunity for significant personal growth, which can lead to remarkable transformation in the world around us.
