I'm Loving These

Early days

Early days yet but I am convinced Binaural beats are more suited to me than other meditation techniques. Recordings are of good quality and easy to listen to

Review of Whole Mind Bundle

I was disappointed with them. The tapes were too short, I was expecting at least one hour long and there was no music or other effects. I wasn't sure whether they were changing my brain into Alpha, Beta, Delta etc. Not impressed. Quite expensive when you can get free binaural beats over the Internet.
