Meditation Magic in the Garden

Mark your calendars! May 3 is National Garden Meditation Day.
A day to connect with the magestic beauty of a garden.

Garden Meditation Day is about creating harmony with nature. Use the day as an excuse to step away from daily chaos and enjoy the calming presence and simple pleasure of being mindful in a garden. It could be a spacious backyard, a little windowsill planter, or a share community garden. Any green or floral space can become your personal spring season self-care sanctuary!

4 Effortless Garden Meditation Ideas

-- Walk around your yard or park and pay close attention to the colors, textures, and scents of the plants to cultivate a peaceful state of mind.

-- Tune in to the symphony of sounds in nature and create your own unique meditation soundtrack.

-- Pick a favorite spot to sit or lay outside. Focus on your breath, inhaling deeply and imagining each breath as a breeze.

-- Closely observe something like a falling leaf or tall standing flower. Note any variations in colors or the way it moves with the wind. This focused attention keeps you present in the moment

On Sunday, get outside and enjoy the tranquility of meditating in your garden.
