Regeneration

Select Format

Tune your entire system to invigorate and restore wholeness to the body, mind and spirit. Immerse yourself in a dynamic rhythmic flow to soothe your soul into a deeply restorative state. A pulsing heartbeat serves as the foundation that returns you to your origins, the cosmic flow of the universe.

Included on one track is a guided body scan to develop greater awareness of body sensations. Listen for overall restoration, focused concentration and mindfulness practice. This process helps to reduce stress and anxiety, release tension and improve self-compassion.

Embedded with harmonics of 3 and 111, the specially-balanced frequencies are created with NeuralHelix brainwave entrainment technology, a combination of binaural, monaural and isochronic beats designed to influence the lower brainstem. The audio signals support expanded states of awareness using theta and delta frequencies, associated with creativity, meditation and the hypnagogic state, inducing restoration, wholeness and connection.

NOTE: For best results, we strongly suggest listening with headphones. Cell phone speakers and other one speaker systems, laptops and other devices will degrade sound quality. A longer sample is provided to more fully experience the potential effects. Listeners may experience different results.

I love it!

I like the non-verbal version and I find that the static-like noise stops my mind trying to get in on the act! Which is a very good thing.
I think of the noise as angelic downloads or fizzing sparklers! For anyone who doesn't like the sound, try again a few months later - your energy may have changed.

Thank you for your feedback

Thank you for your feedback on the voice of our most recent tracks, Regeneration and Secret Garden. It is a human voice on both tracks, and not a robot voice. It is the same vocalist as on many previous recordings. We respect the view that the qualities of that voice may have changed over time but to say it is a robot is inaccurate. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.

A no on this one

Static is not soothing to me. I much prefer some of your other tapes that include actual musical tones and sounds from the natural world.

Induced a yucky feeling and exacerbated ringing in my ears in ways your other tapes do not.

Robot voice

I’m just curious, why do you use a robot voice? Is it for a specific reason.

You guys are so profound with your technology not sure why you ruin the track with a robot voice
